The Beach

So I’m heading off to the beach with my four headed.. uh... four legged friends now.. I can’t wait! The dogs will probably scratch me to pieces in the water, but hey, they’re having fun, eh? -.-

I guess I’ll tell you about my dogs before I leave. I have four dogs at home; two goldies, a toy poodle, and a dachshund. The dachshund is 3/4 the length of my arm, but his legs are smaller than my pointer finger. I think it’s hilarious because whenever he tries to jump on my bed, he has to bend down and try to propel himself up far enough. Then when his front two feet reaches the bed, he has to drag his whole body up. I love that little thing<3

Then there is my toy poodle. He is the furriest creature ever. Seriously.. his hair makes him look 3 times bigger! I know this because I once had to get his hair cut off, because it was all tangled up. In the 2 weeks it took for him to grow his hair back, he looked  like the skimpiest little guy in the world. He is VERY cute, though.

Finally, my two big dogs. One of them, Ge (pronounced Guh), I big, strong, and scared as hell. One time I took both the big dogs walking, and they saw a horse (I have no clue why there was a horse on a trail). Brownie, my other goldie who I’ll get to later, stood his ground. Ge, on the other hand, ran faster then I’ve ever seen him run, and he crashed into the wall to the side. Ouch. Aside from this, Ge is a very beautiful dog. His fur is brownish gold, and he is cuddly as a.. nevermind. When he’s bored, he likes to run into me and full force (literally), and use his body to smash into my legs. Then, he’ll rub his body against my legs, and lie down next to me. One moment, I’m screaming in agony, and the next moment I’m petting Ge.

Brownie is the ONLY girl dog in the house. Yes, her name is Brownie, but her fur isn’t browner than Ge’s. We got brownie first, so.. yeah.. Anyhow, Brownie is not afraid of much. She is stubborn though. If she doesn’t want to do something.. she just won’t! For example, if I need the dogs out of the house for a bit, Ge will go right out, and even wag his tail; Brownie on the other hand would have to be dragged/carried up the stairs. Literally. She’ll have all four paws on the ground, all her weight at her butt, and she will try to keep her head low. She’s smart; I’ve got to admit it.

EDIT: I just got back from the beach. FUN! I’ll post pictures soon.
